Retention
- Enquiries that do not progress: retained for up to 24 months, then deleted.

- Abuse-protection hashes: retained for up to 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure or restriction, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to data portability where applicable. Contact enquiries@tgb-msu.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are covered by UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
