Accessibility statement
We want every part of this site to be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader or a magnified display.

Standard we work to
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. This is a working commitment rather than a certified audit result: we test as we build and fix issues as they are found.
What is in place
- A skip link to the main content as the first focusable element on every page.
- Visible focus outlines on all interactive controls, and full keyboard operation of navigation, calculators and the enquiry form.
- Form fields with programmatic labels, hint text and error messages announced through a live region.
- Descriptive alternative text on operational photography, and decorative overlays hidden from assistive technology.
- Body text and interface labels sized for legibility, with contrast checked against carbon and mineral-green backgrounds.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences: no essential information is conveyed by motion alone.
Known limitations
- The PlazaOS dashboard illustration is a static visual representation; the equivalent operational figures are described in the surrounding text.
- PlazaOS itself is a separate platform with its own accessibility position, which we do not control.
- Some operational photography carries text-free captions only; we are extending caption detail across the site.
Reporting a barrier
If anything on this site prevents you from getting information or submitting an enquiry, email enquiries@tgb-msu.co.uk with the page address and what happened. We aim to respond within five working days, and we will supply the information in another format if that is quicker for you.
